Our liqueur is a spirit-based drink to which flavouring elements have been added usually by infusion, distillation, percolation or maceration in a traditional alcohol spirit base. Unlike most other distilleries we do not use a fortified wine base just to escape the high excise duty in Australia.
We use a large variety of aromatic ingredients from herbs, fruit, seeds, spices, nuts, roots and flower extracts, through to a range of unique native Australian flora. Our wonderful aromas are exquisitely smooth, and their clean taste linger on the palate long after you’ve finished the drink.
This is a 5-year-old blend of Agave stepped with orange peel and agave nectar.
Radiant bright lemon peel notes in the air upon pouring, and especially in the glass when nosed close up. TMD Limoncello has a strong taste of lemon flesh.....
