Description:

It is a specific type of brandy produced from pomace, which is the pressed skin and seeds of grapes leftover from wine production.

Our Grappa Della Nonna is clear with aromas of panettone, fig paste, and delicate baking spices. A silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a lively pepper, mineral and dried fruit nuanced finish.

Bottle should be kept out of direct sunlight and heat. Grappa should be served chilled and is intended to be drunk neat. In Italy, Grappa is mostly served as an after-dinner drink or in the morning with espresso coffee. Grappa makes also a characterful cocktail base.
