In our Spirit Making Class, you will have the opportunity to craft your personalised unaged bottle of Rum, Gin, Brandy, Vodka, or Schnapps. With an extensive selection of botanicals and ingredients sourced from our apothecary, you’ll have all the tools you need to design a spirit that suits your taste perfectly.

Hands-On Guidance
Our Head distiller will be your guide throughout the process. From selecting the ideal botanicals to operating your own distillation equipment, you’ll receive expert guidance every step of the way. This is an interactive class that allows you to roll up your sleeves and create your own unique spirit.

Terms & Conditions
1) Guests understand that they are holding a spot so reservations for this event are non-refundable. If guests are unable to attend, they can transfer their booking to a friend or associate.

2) Guests under the age of 18 cannot attend this event. Please ensure that you bring a proof of age identification as any guests who cannot supply this if requested will not be allowed to participate in the class for legal reasons.

3) It is the guest’s responsibility to be on time for their reservation. Start times cannot be changed.

4) Guests who are intoxicated or behaving in an inappropriate or irresponsible manner will be asked to leave the premises.

5) For safety reasons we are a smoke-free organisation and cannot, therefore, allow any smoking inside or outside the venue.

6) All participants are responsible for organising their own transportation to and from the Distillery as alcohol will be consumed during the Masterclass.
