Sugar Cane Spirit (Cachaça style)
Cachaça is a distilled spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice. It is the most popular spirit among distilled alcoholic beverage in Brazil. Outside Brazil, cachaça is used almost exclusively as an ingredient in tropical drinks, with the caipirinha being the most famous cocktail.
This is Australia’s first high quality “Cachaça“ style spirit to be produced from Queensland’s finest sugar cane juice. The method of copper pot-still distillation plus the exceptional purity of Tamborine Mountain’s spring water results in a grassy smooth drop full of flavour and smoothness.
