Macadamia Nut Liqueur

Light gold amber colour. Offers a superb, rich and authentic perfume of fresh crushed macadamia nut and loses no power with time in the glass. The palate is moderately intense and shows excellent flavour purity – nougat and macadamia flavours combine with controlled sweetness. Concludes slightly drier and well balanced.

Delightful Liqueur worth enjoying neat, with soda water or added to specific cocktails. It’s adding a great nutty accent in many recipes from entrees to desserts and especially ice-cream.
