Hibiscus are renowned for their large, showy flowers. Dried hibiscus is edible, and it is often a delicacy in Mexico. It can also be candied and used as a garnish, usually for desserts or infused in a tea. The beverage is well known for its red colour, tartness and unique flavour. Additionally, it is highly nutritious because of its vitamin C content.

Description/Tasting Notes:

The deep burnt sienna brown appearance is slightly viscous. With a creamy entry, it offers up rich scents of cola and chico lollies. Cola and sweet vermouth-like flavours are nicely tempered by gentle acidity. Dry muscaty finish shows good staying power.
