What a start to @eatlocalmonthscenicrim for us at Tamborine Mountain Distillery! Wow! Our Spirit Making Classes and Distillery Tours are fully booked for the entire weekend. Thank you to everyone who jumped in to book a ticket for the new addition to the Distillery offering - learn how to make your own Rum, Vodka, Brandy, Gin, Schnapps, or Tequila. Our first class last night was a success, with our guests letting their inner distiller run wild, creating everything from Native Gum Rum to Berry Tequila.

To meet the demand for more classes in the future, we are absolutely looking to offer a number of classes to learn from the best at Queensland's oldest craft distillery. Stay tuned, but in the meantime, enjoy the rest of Eat Local Month in our beautiful region.

Learn how to distill your own spirit at Queensland

Learn how to distill your own spirit at Queensland's oldest craft distillery on Tamborine Mountain. Our Head Distiller, Gordon Chalmers, will guide you through both the creative and technical aspects of distilling either dark or white spirits, as well as the fascinating history of this ancient craft.

Only a few tickets are remaining for this weekend's MAKE YOUR OWN SPIRIT class, available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3pm to 5pm. The cost is $95 per person and includes a 500ml bottle of your personally crafted spirit.
