TOTAL TIME: 20 minutes | SERVES: 6-8 servings
1.5kg king prawns, cooked
1 diced avocado dipped into Lemon juice
8 cherry Tomatoes
1 Iceberg lettuce, washed
Dill for decoration
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tbsp TMD Pertzovka (Chilli Pepper) Vodka
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco
Salt and pepper, to season
To make the cocktail sauce, combine the tomato sauce, mayonnaise, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco in a small bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Remove the heads and shell the prawns and remove the inside. Cut the mango into dice. Cut the cherry tomatoes in two.
Place the lettuce in 8 serving dishes/glasses. Spoon the diced mixture and the tomato. Top with the prawns and pour over some of the cocktail sauce and add some dill for decoration. Serve immediately.
