45 ml TMD Apricot Brandy Liqueur
90 ml Prosecco or sparkling wine
30 ml soda water
Fresh apricot slices

Method:
Start by filling a wine glass with ice cubes. Pour TMD Apricot Brandy Liqueur over the ice. Add chilled prosecco or sparkling wine for effervescence, followed by soda water for fizz. Garnish with fresh fruit slices and a sprig of fresh mint. Give it a gentle stir to combine the flavours.
