Start by combining Limoncello with either egg white or aquafaba, in a cocktail shaker. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture becomes well-chilled and frothy. Strain this frothy mixture into a Champagne glass, and top it off with your choice of sparkling wine, whether it’s Champagne or Prosecco. Be sure to pour gently to maintain the frothy texture. Finish by garnishing your Limoncello Spritz with a fresh lemon slice.
