60 ml Bourbon
15 ml TMD Cherry Brandy Liqueur
1 Sugar Cube
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Cherry for garnish
Method: Place the sugar cube in an old-fashioned glass (rocks glass). Add 2-3 dashes of Angostura Bitters onto the sugar cube. Add a splash of water to the glass and muddle the sugar and bitters together until they form a paste. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the Bourbon and Cherry Brandy Liqueur over the ice. Stir the ingredients gently for about 20-30 seconds to chill and dilute the drink slightly. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
