20ml TMD Wild Forest Plum Liqueur or TMD Wild Forest Plum with Rose & Elderflower
20ml Fresh lemon juice
20ml Honey water
1 dash Aquafaba/egg white
Method
Shake and mix liqueurs and ingredients with a cocktail shaker. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sage leaf.
