Ingredients
30mL TMD Sugar Cane Spirit (Cachaça style)
1/4 lime cut into 2 segments
1 tbls caster sugar
Ice
Method
Squeeze the juice from the lime segments into a lowball glass and drop the segments in as well. Add sugar and Liqueur and muddle with a spoon. Add the Sugar Cane Spirit and plenty of ice. Stir briefly, garnish with lime wheels.
