The TimTam Ginger ripple dessert

 


2-3            TimTam biscuits roughly crushed
25ml          TMD gingerbread Liqueur
1 scoop      Vanilla ice-cream
Some piped cream or mascarpone (optional)
TimTam biscuits to decorate 

Method: Placed the crushed TimTam biscuits into a champagne coupe. Pour on the TMD gingerbread liqueur to moisten the biscuits. Scoop on some vanilla ice-cream and finish off with piped cream. Garnish with a TimTam.
